Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time onsite. If you do not have your company’s password, click the “forgot your password?” function to have it resent to you. Please do not use eVIP passes to register your booth personnel – they are for visitor use only. Anyone registered with a eVIP pass is considered a visitor and not an exhibitor. Those with a eVIP pass will not be able to access the facility during move-in or before the expo floor opens. |
| Upgrade Your Badge To Join The Education Program |
Upgrade your Exhibitor Badge for $349 to include full access to the education program. Upgrading your pass is easy, login to Exhibitor Registration and click on the shopping cart icon to add conference and pay. |
| Badge Pick Up |
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation with a bar code and/or badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation and bring it with you for express pick up at the event. |
| Badge Registration Cost |
Each exhibiting company may register 2 complimentary exhibitor exhibit hall only badges per 10’ x 10’ booth. Additional exhibitor exhibit hall only badges will be charged $59 per badge. Additional badges will not be processed without payment. |

- Win a Happy Hour! The Switchback Spring exhibiting company whose customer code is utilized the most will receive a happy hour in their booth space during Switchback Spring. The Happy Hour will be fully paid by Switchback.
- Please Note: Invitations are unlimited and provided at no cost to you; they are included with your exhibit space purchase. These passes cannot be used to register exhibit booth staff or your vendors; they can only be used for customers.

| Minors |
In service of making the Event as inclusive as possible, provided appropriate precautions are taken, minors may be registered to attend by the adult who will be responsible for them. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to register themselves, and individuals under the age of 21 will only be granted limited Event access. Diversified's policies regarding allowable attendees and allowable behavior will be strictly enforced. All participants regardless of their age or their role (support providers who are not members of the industry are welcome) must be registered without exception and that registration badge shall be displayed upon request. Diversified may require a phot ID and/or proof of employment (i.e. business card, company ID card, verification of employment on company letterhead etc.) in order to confirm registrant's identity and age prior to admission or during the Event. |
